A little stinky and hard to swallow but worth it.
I have a MTFR gene mutation, and was told that using this L-Methyfolate product would help my low folate absorbtion and low vitamin B. The pills don't smell the best and are bigger but not too hard to swallow. I'd recommend eating with them or drinking a good amount of water to make sure you don't get a weird aftertaste.
