    At 22 years old, our founder Sean Gill faced a serious health crisis that left him searching for answers. After weeks in the hospital and countless tests, he was sent home with medications—but no clear explanation for why his health had declined.

  • Looking Beyond Quick Fixes

    Sean's search for answers led him deep into nutrition, integrative wellness, plant-based medicine, and scientific research. At the same time, his sister Suzanne's years-long journey through gut health reinforced a shared belief: true wellness comes from understanding and supporting the body—not masking symptoms. Together, they turned those experiences into Triquetra's mission: creating supplements that unite the wisdom of nature with the rigor of modern science.
