B9 Folic Acid

My body , like 1/3 of the
population doesn’t absorb this folic Acid in the form that sold on the shelves. Hence when my Vit B/Folic dropped to extremely low my doctor ordered Folic Acid but again like during my pregnancies the folic acid wasn’t absorbed. My sister gave me this product which is the alternative. within a week i felt more energetic than i have in years. So i have continued using it, my bouts of nausea (everyday all day) decreased dramatically. i can even eat 3bites of food these days.. in the afternoon.
