I am currently on my second month of the GLP-1 3 step system. I really need to Loose 30 lbs. so far I’ve only lost 3-5. I have removed everything humanly possible from my diet. Sodas, bread, frequent desserts. I eat 2 meals a day. I use monk fruit and a small amount of coconut sugar in my coffee. With coconut nut milk. Water with lime all day. Basically a dairy free diet. Lots of vegs and clean meats. I don’t know where else to turn. My gut does feel better, less bloating more movements. Just not much weight loss.
