GLP-Activate: Hunger & Metabolism Support

Cross-posting my review from Amazon, though I purchased this directly thru the Triquetra site.

I have only been taking this for 3 days now, and just 1-2 caps a day instead of the recommended 3 (I dont usually eat breakfast since I can't tolerate food in the early AMs,) and have already seen a change visually in my stomach with the bloating.

What people need to realize more is that any sort of supplement is going to take time to 1.) build up in your body in effectiveness, and 2.) that everyone metabolizes supplements differently. Don't give up hope just because you are not seeing a change in numbers on the scale!! :) Remember: Muscle weighs more than fat, so while you may not be seeing the numbers go down, that doesn't necessarily mean things aren't changing for you on the inside! It is better do do physical measurements and take daily photos of your progress (even if you feel like there is none,) because once you have enough of that data build up, you may better realize the actual change.

1 star taken off because this will definitely make you have some bowel turmoil at first, be prepared for an excess of stool as it does it's job, haha.

I’ve been using the GLP Trio for a little while now, and I wanted to share my honest thoughts for anyone who’s curious or considering trying it. I started it mainly for weight management and to support my metabolism—and I’ve definitely noticed some changes.

✅ Appetite Control: One of the first things I noticed was how much it helped curb my appetite. I wasn’t constantly snacking or reaching for food out of boredom, which made sticking to my eating goals a lot easier.

⚖️ Weight Changes: I did start to lose weight, but it felt natural—not rapid or extreme. The scale moved down steadily, and more importantly, I felt less bloated and more in control of my eating habits.

💊 How I Feel: Energy-wise, I didn’t get jittery or feel off. I actually felt more balanced throughout the day, and it didn’t mess with my mood or digestion, which I was a little worried about at first.

🌿 My Routine: I’ve been pairing it with better meal choices, drinking water, and staying active. I don’t believe in magic pills, but this felt like it gave me a helpful push in the right direction.

So far, I’d say it’s worth trying if you’re looking for a gentle way to support your weight goals—especially if appetite control is a struggle for you. As always, I recommend checking in with your doctor if you have any health concerns, but for me personally, it’s been a positive experience.

I started taking GLP-Activate about two months ago. With a healthy diet & consistent workout, it works great! I had stubborn belly weight I couldn’t lose after kids, hormones, life and stress made it hard to lose. I lost 12 lbs since I started. I posted a photo of my scale app to show my weight loss .

My appetite and cravings have gone down, I have more control over what I eat, feel fuller longer and my bloating has decreased immensely! Consistency is key. Nothing is a miracle drug, but you have to put in work also.

So far what I have noticed while taking the product is that it helps to stop the “food noise” / constantly thinking about food &/or my next meal. With that noise gone I am not snacking as much. I was previously on semiglutide & in comparison the “food noise” being greatly reduced is pretty similar. I have not lost any weight, but also have only been using the product for about a week now.

I finished my very first bottle of the GLP Activate and have ordered a second! I lost 20lbs in the 30 days that the bottle lasted! I took the supplement as directed on bottle 3 x’s a day, 30-45 mins before a meal. I didn’t experience any issues at all. No cravings whatsoever. I did adopt a plant based diet because I was inspired to eat healthy! I have more energy and am grateful that I saw this product @philsmypharmacist on Instagram. Very pleased! I’m hoping for continued weight loss with the help of this supplement. I have not exercised at all! I want to change that, but considering the fact that I didn’t and still lost weight is remarkable. I’m 52 and pre-menopausal, which has its own challenges! I’m very happy so far!
