Targeted Prebiotics Fuel L-Cells to Produce More GLP-1 Naturally*
Fermenting Fuel for Natural GLP-1
The gut is home to the L-cells; these unique cells produce, store and manage our bodies natural GLP-1. By supporting the health of L-cells as well as providing them essential fuel & food; they will produce more GLP-1 naturally.*

GLP-Pre is formulated with non-digestible fibers that are not digested, but instead ferment within the gut, fueling the I-cells in the gut to naturally produce more GLP-1.

Fuel Your Gut to Produce More GLP-1 Naturally
Fermented Prebiotics Are Metabolic Superfood
There are specific prebiotic that when fermented in the gut, produce an ecosystem of healthy bacteria and Short Chain Fatty Acids that fuel optimal metabolic health and natural GLP-1.

SolNul® R2
Resistant
Starch
As it ferments the Short Chain Fatty Acids including Butyrate, Propionate & Acetate are produced. These can act as fuel that may fuel l-cells to produce more GLP-1.*

It increases healthy probiotic bacteria, like Bifidobacterium & Akkermansia, these bacteria have roles in GLP-1 production and L-cell health.*

The Akkermansia probiotic produced during fermentation supports the repair of the gut lining, the home of the l-cells. This can lead to more GLP-1 production.*

PreticX®
(Xylooligosaccharides
(XOS))
XOS is another mass producer of Short Chain Fatty Acids including Butyrate, Propionate & Acetate. These act as fuel that can feed l-cells to produce more GLP-1.

XOS is a powerhouse when it comes to producing more of the probiotic bacteria Bifidobacterium. This genus of probiotics is may support L-cell health the “cellular factories” for GLP-1

XOS has been shown to support healthy blood sugar and insulin sensitivity. These are key aspects of metabolic health.*

Beta-Glucan Complex
Beta Glucans feed the production of the beneficial probiotic family of Lactobacillus strains. The Lactobacillus probiotics support more Short Chain Fatty Acid production.

Beta Glucans also fermented within the gut and lead to the production of Short Chain Fatty Acids. These Short Chain Fatty Acid naturally support L-cells and GLP-1 production.

Some research suggests that beta-glucans may promote the growth of more gut cells, including L-cells. This could lead to an increased number of L-cells in the gut.*

Our Diets Are Deficient In Prebiotic Fibers
Needed for Optimal Metabolic Health
Many Americans fall short of the recommended daily intake of fiber, especially non-digestible fibers needed to fuel our gut microbiome & Short Chain Fatty Acid production. This deficiency disrupts gut health and can lead to metabolic dysfunctions such as insulin resistance and obesity.

Adequate fiber intake is essential for a healthy metabolism; it supports beneficial gut bacteria, Short Chain Fatty Acid production , aids in blood sugar regulation, promotes a feeling of fullness and supports  natural GLP-1 production.

The One-Two Punch in Fueling Natural GLP-1
The One-Two Punch in Fueling Natural GLP-1 GLP-Pre is gut boosting GLP-1 fuel that supports the production of healthy probiotic bacteria and short chain fatty acids. By targeting the production of Short Chain Fatty Acids and beneficial gut bacteria, GLP-Pre can deliver the natural metabolic boost you're looking for.

SolNul® R2 Resistant Starch

Unlike regular starches, which are broken down and absorbed in the small intestine, R2 resistant starch resists digestion and reaches the large intestine, where it acts as a prebiotic and is fermented by beneficial gut bacteria. This process results in the production of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), such as butyrate, acetate, and propionate, which play a key role in maintaining gut health and enhancing metabolic processes.

In a recent randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial, Solnul demonstrated significant improvements in gut microbiome composition by increasing the abundance of beneficial bacteria, including a substantial rise in Akkermansia levels—reported as the highest increase observed in human clinical studies so far. This bacterial species is particularly notable for its association with natural GLP-1 production, enhanced metabolic health, improved gut barrier function, and weight management benefits.

Unlike many prebiotic fibers that require high intake levels, Solnul delivers a significant prebiotic effect with just 3.5 grams per day. Moreover, Solnul is well-tolerated compared to some other prebiotics, which can cause gastrointestinal discomfort at higher doses.

PreticX® Xylooligosaccharides (XOS)

PreticX, a prebiotic fiber derived from xylooligosaccharides (XOS), is clinically proven to be highly effective at a dose of 1 gram. Clinical studies conducted at UCLA have demonstrated that PreticX can significantly improve gut health by enhancing the growth of beneficial gut bacteria, such as Bifidobacterium, while reducing harmful bacteria at 1 gram dose.

XOS, plays a vital role in boosting short-chain fatty acid (SCFA) production. It selectively nourishes beneficial gut bacteria, especially Bifidobacterium, which ferments XOS to produce key SCFAs like butyrate, propionate, and acetate.

One of the notable features of PreticX is its ability to decrease the Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes ratio in the gut, which is often associated with metabolic health and weight management. This shift in the gut microbiota is particularly beneficial for individuals who are overweight or have impaired glucose metabolism, as balanced gut flora is crucial for overall metabolic health and digestion. Additionally, PreticX has been shown to support healthy digestion by increasing the population of Bifidobacteria.

GLP-Pre® Mushroom Beta-Glucan Complex

Lions Mane Extract | Cordycep Extract | Reishi Extract

Optimized for 70% (1,3)/(1,6) Beta Glucans

Our premium organic mushroom complex is optimized for 70% concentrations of (1,3)/(1,6) Beta Glucans. These potent polysaccharides act as a prebiotic within the gut. Beta-glucans have been shown to indirectly stimulate L-cells in the gut, which are responsible for secreting GLP-1. These specialized cells are activated when beta-glucans are fermented by beneficial gut bacteria, creating metabolites that trigger L-cell activity. This can lead to an increase in natural GLP-1.

The (1,3)/(1,6) Beta Glucans in our mushroom complex are fermented by gut bacteria to produce short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), such as butyrate, acetate, and propionate. These SCFAs, particularly butyrate, have been shown to stimulate L-cells, leading to increased GLP-1.

(1,3)/(1,6) beta-glucans are selectively fermented by beneficial gut bacteria, including Lactobacillus. This selectivity provides Lactobacillus with a sustained source of energy and nutrients to proliferate and thrive. One of the unique properties of (1,3)/(1,6) beta-glucans is their slow fermentation rate, which allows for extended fermentation along the entire length of the colon, including the distal regions. Unlike more rapidly fermenting fibers, these beta-glucans provide a prolonged supply of nutrients, fostering the continued growth of Lactobacillus throughout the colon. This slow and steady fermentation helps maintain higher populations of Lactobacillus and other beneficial microbes over a longer period.

Our mushroom complex is derived from the highest quality, organically grown US mushrooms. These nutrient dense mushrooms are then taken through a cutting edge, chemical free, ultrasonic extraction method that is able to achieve a 70% concentration of the key active nutrients, (1,3)/(1,6) beta-glucans.

The Complex Combines:

  • Lion's Mane Extract
  • Reishi Extract
  • Cordyceps Extract
