 I tried the Black Seed Oil Capsules | 5% Thymoquinone - TQ-Advanced® | 500 mg of Oil per Capsule due to its concentration of Thymoquinone . I have taken liquid Black Seed Oil in the past and it helped me tremendously with aches and pains. I did find the liquid tasted what I think motor oil would taste like and was happy to find the capsule form. . The capsules are a better alternative to drinking the oil for me and these are clear with the oil visible. They are easy to swallow, no aftertaste at all nor any stomach upset. Found this to be an easily portable and a very convenient form of ingesting Black Seed Oil with a 500 mg does in 1 capsule, one serving. 60 capsules will last 60 days taking full dose daily.Note an interesting fact is these seeds are mentioned in the Bible as well as other ancient texts and religions as curative. I think these are a quality supplement due to their manufacturing high standards, non-GMO and no fillers. The bottle had a plastic seal plus an inner seal. I have’t noticed any negative side effects and continue to stay pain free. This will remain one of my core supplements. This product arrived on time and well packaged. I have been taking Black Seed Oil for many years now and now in my 70's I am still active with sports and other activities. I wanted to try this product due to its higher ratio strength of Black Seed Oil Extract. I believe in its antioxidant properties and at my age, that is important. There are other elements included that make this supplement combination an important purchase for me.

At 5% thymoquinone, these are some of the most potent black seed oil capsules on the market. Thymoquinone is the active ingredient in black seed oil, and the higher the %, the more potent the oil. Each of these capsules contains 25mg thymoquinone - I usually take 2 just to ensure I am getting a proper therapeutic dosage. I love the convenience of black seed oil capsules, but you generally get less thymoquinone compared to taking a spoonful of oil - and they don't protect you from black seed oil burps.But as far as black seed oil in capsule form goes - this product is about as good as it gets. Alternatively, if you have lower thymoquinone black seed oil capsules, you can always just take an extra capsule or two and get the same TQ dosage. Similarly, a tsp of good black seed oil (2% TQ) will get you over 100mg TQ - or the equivalent of taking 4 of these capsules.Black seed oil is great for allergies, digestion, blood glucose, cholesterol, testosterone support, etc. The list really goes on forever. I use it primarily for allergies and as a general health tonic, and while I continue using it, I can't say I've noticed any profound effects from black seed oil alone.The bad:*Non-enteric coated. Will cause black seed oil burps. I don't mind it, but some people do.*Lower dose of TQ compared to oil.

I take black seed oil for it's antioxidant properties and its anti-inflammatory benefits. These are liquid capsules and are very easy to swallow. I've had no upset stomach from these.

Whereas other black seed oil concoctions are only 2.5% Thymoquinone, this one is %5 and you only have to take one capsule a day. The oil has an extract concentration of 15:1, which means every 500 mg capsule is distilled from 7500 mg of actual oil. I looked up the health benefits of black seed oil and there are many, including anti-inflammatory, anti-allergy benefits.The high concentration means you only get 4 calories of oil versus another brand where you have to take two capsules and get 10 calories per serving.There was no smell or aftertaste and the capsules went down smoothly.

I like the quality of the product and that it is in glass bottles. I believe they are helping me. Still a little early to tell. I am taking them to help with inflamation.

I was hesitant about taking black seed oil in pill form, but I've been pleasantly surprised so far. It's convenient and doesn't have the bitter taste. Time will tell regarding its potency.

Came quickly and so far product is exactly what is advertised. Will buy again as I want to include black seed oil in my diet.

This is the only product that gave me 100% relief for an extended time in the lower left quadrant of my abdomen. It did not replace my need to see my gastrologist but it gave me time to schedule the appointment so I could seek professional help to ensure there was not something more sinister going on in my bowels (other than diverticulitis). It also gave my knees much relief as they have became swollen over the years.

I ordered this supplement to see if it would help calm my scalp issues (psoriasis) that I have struggled with most of my life, and had become extra inflamed after giving birth to my daughter at age 41. I am only 16 days into taking the Black Seed Oil Softgels, but I have already been able to tell a huge difference! The itching has pretty much disappeared, and the patches around my ears and top of my hairline are completely gone, just a couple tiny patches left on my lower hairline closer to the nape of my neck... Definitely has exceeded any expectations that I had for this supplement. Also, on a positive note, it has not negatively affected my skincare routine (acne-prone), and if anything, my skin is clearer now than it has been in a very long time! Would highly recommend if you have struggled with scalp issues.
