Complete protein support
What really happens when you drink a protein shake
You drink 20g of protein. 60–90 minutes of digestion. Bloating and gas. And only a fraction reaches muscle.*
-
60–90 minutes of digestionYour body breaks down every protein chain before using a single amino acid
-
Bloating & gasFor some people, digesting whole protein can contribute to feelings of heaviness, bloating, or digestive discomfort.
-
A fraction reaches muscleAfter breakdown and significant loss, only a portion actually makes it there

Every Protein You Eat Must Be Broken Down to Amino Acids First
Every protein source gets broken down before your muscles see a single amino acid. The question is how long that takes.
-
Free-form amino acids skip the line — no breakdown required, no waiting for digestion.*
While other protein sources spend hours in transit, Instant Aminos are absorbed rapidly and read to use.

Instant Aminos™: Muscle & Recovery Support
J
I got my 1st order of aminos they seemed to work and I tried to reorder. There are cheaper products in market but I chose to stay here until I decided to immediately reorder my new batch 1 week before it was supposed to be refilled but the company is out of Product. It went on for 2 weeks at this point I am not a happy customer and lack of foresight in company. I am receiving the other product this week and will see of I am happy or not also while I am writing this review the product is still not in stock.
D
I not sure what I'm supposed to notice. I did have to reduce my intake because they raised my blood pressure. Staying faithful and hoping I see Improvements.

I’ve been trying to take them first thing in the morning but they are so big, they get caught in my throat and I actually choked on them yesterday. I wanted to live these so much because of the stated benefits but I can’t keep taking them..
S
I'm sorry but want to send my pills back ,they are so hard for me to swallow, how do I start my return?
E
These provide a great addition to a whole food diet. About a month in and already seeing a difference in body composition.
J
Really wanted to like this product since I like all your products but the pill size was tough for me. I usually have no problem swallowing anything but for some reason these were tough. Instead of taking 4, I could only take 2….even that was hard to get down.

So far I am enjoying the Amino Acids. Its a great way to get my protein and I don't want to always drink a protein shake. I do have increased energy and I feel that my metabolism is getting better. The pills are huge but other than that I really like it and would recommend it.
t
I love the Triquetra brand and the 4 tabs are doable to add some extra protein in during the day. I will be re-ordering
J
