I was getting migraine headaches almost every week. I've been taking "Total Olive", a little over a month now and I haven't had one migraine headache. I've had ocular episodes that have previously had turned into migraines but so far the episode have never transpired into the migraine.I take the pill on an empty stomach, one in the morning and one at night. Full glass of water taking big gulps. This helps me from getting the heartburn which I sometimes get using this product. Well worth it!

I started Total Olive because my blood pressure had been high and I didnt want to have to take perscription blood pressure meds if I could lower it naturally. You have to be patient with this supplement! At first I wasn't seeing results but, I just started my 2nd bottle and am starting to see some now! My blood pressure is still a little high but, not near what it was. I've also noticed that I dont seem to have as much inflamation and my appetite seems to be improved and I don't over eat! I'm excited to see how I'll feel after this bottle!

I have an uneasy feeling about the product because it seems you are going out of you way to not say how much olive leaf extract and olive fruit extract are in the pills. In addition, there are two different figures for the percent of Hydroxytyrosol from the olive fruit extract. Is it 20% or 25%? But the big question is this: 20% or 25% of what? I can't know how much Hydroxytyrosol is in each capsule unless I know how many mg of olive fruit extract there is in each capsule. Please clarify and specify the amounts in mg of olive leaf extracst and olive fruit extract in each pill. For now I will try a different brand that gives all the info.

I have had to drink more water to abate the body aches from the Response, but I was wondering how long the H response lasts. Also to take in between meals may sound like a no-brainer but it's confusing because if you eat two meals a day then only one pill would be taken. And am I supposed to take a pill upon waking in the morning because clearly the night before eating and then the next morning qualifies for an in between meal or does it? So taking one pill per day I could see would slow down the very process I am questioning. Any advice, because I'm not feeling any progress. Thank you

Noticing some improvement in lowering blood pressure but I know I need to take it for at least 8 weeks to get a marked improvement in lowering my overall bloood pressure to safe levels and continue to take it on a regular basis!
