This review is for: SoActive® Omega 3 EPA & DHA 95% Absorption Rate 4.5X More Effective Than Fish Oil - Next Generation OmegaI take omega because of my high triglycerides and want to improve that and increase my good cholesterol too. This bottle is only 1 month’s worth actually of fish oil but it does have the 500mg recommended daily dose of EPA and DHA. It didn’t cause any stomach upset or any issues.I will see in 3-6 months of taking this to see if this version truly absorbs better when I do my blood work with my doc.

This bottle of SoActive Omega 3 from Triquetra is different than other Omega 3 supplements I’ve taken over the years. The product claims that is has a, “95% Absorption Rate” due to the fish oil being in it’s, “Free fatty acid form”, which from reading the packaging seems to mean the oil has been hydrolyzed. There are 60 capsules in the bottle, with each serving being 2 capsules, so 30 servings per bottle. Each 2 capsule serving contains 330mg of EPA and 170mg of DHA. The claims are that 95% of this fish oil enters into the Bloodstream, however I’m not to certain this SoActive Omega 3 supplement works much better than other Fish Oil supplements I tend to take. Made in USA.

I was really surprised by this new product. It has a free fatty acid form of fish oil that is better absorbed into the bloodstream. With proven affect by 13 clinical studies, I feel confident that while the milligrams of EPA and DHA are about a third of the typical capsules I take, the absorption rate is 4.5 times higher.This brand has only 5 calories for 2 capsules. Most fish oil capsules have 10-25 calories depending on the dose. I would rather not consume useless calories to reap the benefits of omega fatty acids. These are in a powder form rather than oil inside the capsule. Added rice fiber and diatomaceous earth aid in digestion and are good for leaky gut issues as well. They have a slightly fishy, seaweed type smell, but there are no fishy burps whatsoever.I like that these can be taken with it without food. They say to store in a cool, dark place, but I usually store regular fish oil capsules in the refrigerator for fear they’ll go rancid. I have more confidence with this type of capsule to leave them in a cupboard. Overall, I’m impressed so far with this new product.

They make a lot of claims here about absorption rates and effectiveness that the average person has no way to prove or disprove. As with anything of this nature, we the consumer depend upon the companies and our Government agencies to keep these claims honest.Anyway, they're easy to take and swallow. There's obviously no fish burps. There's no mess. They're not badly priced, especially compared to fish and krill oils at times. I like the product thus far.I hope that this helps someone decide whether or not to purchase this product.

These give you the same amout of omega 3 without the fishy smell. They are excellent supplements and I really like that they immediately are accessed by the bloodstream. A definite alternative to regular fish oil supplements although they are derived from fish oil supplements

SoActive's Omega 3 supplement claims to be unique from its competitors because of its easily absorbable form. I opted to try this out as past Omega 3 supplements caused me indigestion and straight fish oil caused the dreaded "fish" burps.The good: I loved the information included on the bottle and the box. The company does an excellent job of providing clear-cut guidance on the benefits of its product. I was a little unfamiliar with one of the ingredients (diatomaceous earth) as a food product, so I could look it up and see that it is labeled as safe by the FDA and a common filler in other food products. I also found the information about absorption very helpful as well.The bad: I didn't have any complaints about this product. It hasn't given me indigestion when taken with food (although it can also be taken without food).I'm looking forward to trying SoActive's other products. It is clear they put care into their design and are aware of the needs of their target audience. I'm a fan. Try this out if you have had issues with fish-based Omega 3 products in the past.

my 2nd order is love the brand nice quality products not only am I on the omegas I am also on the calcium and mtfh and magnesium

I bought this because the reviews said there was no fish burps. That is wrong. Heartburn and fishy burps. I am looking for an alternative option

Based on the reviews and the reputation on Triquetra I would say fantastic in quality, testing and purity, thank you. I wish there were more meta analysis data on "So-Active" delivery I would sell it better. I chose Triquetra because of Dr. Mark Hyman and his clinical team partnering with SuppCo.

The promise of no fishy taste was appealing but not entirely true! I had more common brand fish oils with less to no after taste :(
