Berberine has many stabilizing effects on the body, but for me it has been keeping my blood pressure in check. I have been on some form of berberine now for over a year and my blood pressure has been in the good range since I started. I know there are other benefits, but that one is important for me. You can do your own research, but this supplement has been a key. All the other healthy benefits it offers are just an extra blessing.

 No magnesium stearate as a binding agent or for anti-caking so that's great for people with sensitive intestines. I like that this has grapeseed exrract which is healthy. No taste or smell really. The directions/suggested usage are on the bottle stating 1 pill 1 or 2 times daily preferably with a meal for maximum absorption I'd guess. I was getting Bioperine confused with Berberine. Bioperine like in. Lack pepper is good for absorbing the nutrients from your food better like digestive enzymes. This Berberine supposedly is just more absorbed by your body over standard Berberine since standard might not be broken down as easily in the body. This stuff is used to help inflammation which can be caused by the unhealthy food we eat. I'm taking this stuff to enhance my metabolism and help my blood sugar. I have been feeling pretty good since I've been taking this a few weeks. I don't get stomach upset and normally I do. I'm trying to help my hormones out since I believe I have an imbalance and I get anxiety. Been feeling pretty good.

I am very impressed with this company’s Berberine offering. They actually define the quantities of the components of their proprietary Berberine Phytosome, Berbevis®. The breakdown: 37 - 50% Berberis Aristata Extract; 13.9 - 18% Sunflower Lecithin; 10 - 12.7% Grape Seed Extract (Enovita®) and 4% phosphatidylcholine. Each capsule contains 550mg of this form of Berberine.Based on their provided ratios, there is physically 203.5 - 275mg of Berberine per capsule. However, their formulation as a phytosome enhances the bioavailability and bio-absorption. They tout that clinical studies indicate a 960% increase in absorption. That’s very impressive. So, even with the possibility of technically less Berberine than competitors, their phytosome version’s effectiveness would clearly exceed that difference.I appreciate that the supplement is Vegan, Gluten-Free, GMO-Free and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). The GMP certification demonstrates adherence to industry standards and practices, ensuring the integrity and quality of the supplement.Of course I cannot confirm the exceptional efficacy of this berberine phytosome supplement. However, I am very much impressed by the potential. As such, I feel it rates 4.5 - 4.75 stars, and a high level recommendation.

I had purchased another berberine supplement for my husband to help bring his blood sugars down - it seemed to help a little, but the overall effect was disappointingI decided to give this one a try, as it promised high absorption and no stomach irritation - after two days of just one capsule per day, his blood sugars went down at least 60 to 70 points to basically normal!He will be continuing on this product and possibly going to 2 daily, but for right now, one a day is doing the trick - we are going to start backing him off of his Metformin and expect to probably have to up the dosage to 2 daily at that time - we will see

Good berberine, no upset stomach after taling them.

This supplement contains berberine that is more absorbable. The capsules are easy to swallow. Directions are for one capsule twice a day with meals. Just started taking them so it is too early to report results. I have to date experienced no negatives. Berberine has many benefits including blood sugar regulation and metabolic boost. So far so good.

when reviewing a supplement type that i have taken before but from a different brand or vender, all I can really do is to make sure that it looks like it should (it does), smells like it should (does again) and tastes like it should...it does. I also have to determine whether it is providing the benefit that I take the supplement for. This one is doing that....I would totally do this again.

I have decided for a couple months to try this berberine before starting the medication from my physician to see if I can reduce my blood sugar naturally. I also found that I have no side effects from the vitamin as of yet. It is still very new for me so as time goes on I will see how it changes. As of now I am very pleased with the product.

I learned about the potency of berberine when was looking for supplements for myself (GI issues) and my hubby (gall bladder issues). This little capsules are very potent. Like how they do the job and how I feel.

My doctors recommended this brand and comparing it to other brands there is a quality difference. I didn’t realize brands matter! Thank goodness for companies that care about quality like Triquetra.

Unfortunately this product gave me an upset stomach even when taken with a meal.
