Bottle had several busted/cracked capsules with residual powder inside of bottle from busted/cracked capsules. I purchased to see if it would help with sleep issues like other reviews claim and I had no success. Complete waste of money but what works for someone else may not work for you.

Stomach issues

I buy most of my supplements from Triquetra, this is only the second one I haven’t liked. So, I do think they have great products. However, this magnesium has given me the most stomach issues. I have tried splitting the pills instead of both at once and I have tried taking only one pill. For me, I won’t be taking this anymore. I feel sick all night and morning the next day. I tried giving it enough time for my body to get used to it as well. Nothing has helped :/
