Organic plant based iodine

This is my go to iodine supplement. It is organic, plant based and therefore more bioavailable. This particular one is extremely potent at a high dose. Great for when you need extra when exposed to more radiation (flying in airplanes, spending lots of time on the computer or having medical procedures that expose you to radiation). I like that I can use this as is for those times I need extra or I can break them up into smaller doses if I just want a daily iodine support for my thyroid to function well. They also carry a smaller more daily dose option which I buy sometimes too. I appreciate the glass bottle and attention to detail and quality that Triquetra puts into their supplements.
