This is my go to vitamin C for the whole family. I love that this is not only packaged in glass bottles but it is made of whole food organic ingredients. I love Triquetra’s attention to quality and cleanliness not using synthetics, making sure the ingredients are tested for potency and purity. This is the type of supplement our bodies can actually recognize and utilize. I once opened a capsule from Triquetra to decrease the dose for my child and tasted the powder inside. It tasted like berries and real food not some synthetic chemical powder. Made me even more convinced of the quality of these supplements.

I can appreciate that at least some of the supplement come from whole food sources... however further investigation of the supplement facts revealed some vitamins are sourced SYNTHETICAlly... atleast the folate and Vitamin C are not. :/

It's ok, I guess

I like Triquetra's products, first of all. But i can't honestly say that this supplement makes me feel better or is doing anything beneficial for my health. Maybe I can revisit this review once winter really hits. If I don't get sick then I can say that the Vitamin C helped; if it doesn't then there you go. Even though i know there is more to my immune health, I use Vitamin for that purpose mostly.
