This supplement (the contents inside of the capsules) seems to be a 5-star product. However, I ordered the Zinc (and Vitamin C) two months ago, and I’ve been apprehensive about taking these regularly due to a chemical odor that came from the inner seal. When I opened both bottles, there was a very pungent VOC/chemical smell, and I realized that the culprit was the inner safety seal (that you peel off after removing the cap). Unfortunately, the chemical smell had transferred onto all of the capsules that were inside of the bottle. I’ve purchased quite a few high-quality supplements over the past several years, and have never come across an inner seal that smelled like VOCs. The fact that those chemicals transferred onto the capsules is concerning, so I’ve only used the Zinc and Vitamin C sparingly. I really want to use them regularly, and I also want to order the Cranberry Extract, but can’t due to that issue. I really hope that Triquetra changes the inner seal to something that’s made with food-safe (and therefore odorless) materials. If they do, I would absolutely order multiple supplements from them on a regular basis.

I use this supplement as part of my response to enlarged prostrate and balancing testosterone. It helps. What helps my enlarged prostrate the most is acupuncture. My acupuncturist uses needles to open channels in both legs and a little needle on CV1 on my perenium. That has worked the best for me of everything. If your Doctor isn’t making any progress, you might try this route.

I bought Vitamin D3, Magnesium, and Zinc. Amazing organic whole-food vitamins. Something I’ve been looking for in a very long time. I had hair loss and was having breakouts, felt cold all the time. After taking vitamins I felt so much better, my hair started becoming healthier, skin cleared up and felt genuinely more energetic and less body pain. Would definitely recommend. I wish they had a bigger dosage of Vitamin D3 so I could take one pill and not two, but other than that no complaints.
