Without getting too in depth, since I have been taking these, I have notice my bathroom extremes aren't extreme anymore. My bm's are more manageable. This helps with diahreah and constipation, I'm assuming since it helps with your body creating more bile to breakdown and excrete waste. I read on the internet about the benefits of the milk thistle and the artichoke extract detox enhancement that this pill provides. So the artichoke is helping with removing the waste while the milk thistle is helping to repair any damage to your liver. My mother and father both have fatty livers and I do like to drink here and there so I am expecting that if I keep taking these over a few months, that any repair needed to my liver should be coming along. I myself have not been diagnosed yet with fatty liver but my father and my mother. Her brother and sister (my aunt and uncle) have all been diagnosed with it & they do not even drink but u do so I want to take all the precautions that I can to keep my liver healthy. I like that these are GMO & dairy free but I did not see where these were made or where the ingredients came from. I can only see that they were distributed in FL. I don't like when companies don't have the visibility where their products are sourced from. For that, I remove 1 star.

These have much better absorption and I like the combination, they don’t have any negatives with my stomach, easy to take, artichoke increases bile and aids the liver in waste removal, they both help the liver to function much better, help in controlling blood sugar levels, cholesterol, diabetes and blood pressure. They make me feel good, great antioxidant. Good Quality Product!

This is a great new milk thistle product for repairing the liver or just optimizing it’s health. I’ve tried a number of milk thistle products due to having extremely high liver markers at one point. No one knew the exact cause, and my markers have since been normal. But due to this experience, I am very interested in any new liver health product.This one is especially intriguing as it has been proven in 13 clinical trials to work over 1,000 times better by having better absorption than standard milk thistle supplements. This is due to it being already in the form of silybin A & B, which normally have to be broken down first from the silymarin in typical milk thistle. This product has already done that.This supplement also has added artichoke extract to help produce, move, and secrete bile to help the liver in waste removal. This added enhancement has also been proven in the 13 clinical studies. Just 1 capsule per day has been proven effective in improving liver markers, but 2 capsules may be taken as double values have also been studied and proven. So far, I feel great on this product and have experienced no adverse effects. I will check my markers at my next physical. Highly recommend this new product.
