bought this product hoping
it would actually help me,
but unfortunately, it was
a complete disappointment.
It did absolutely nothing for me,
and I felt it was
a total waste of money.
I have to admit,
their commercial was very effective.
It definitely convinced me to buy it.
Unfortunately, the product itself
was nowhere near as effective
as the advertising made it seem.
I guess sometimes
all it takes is the right commercial
to convince people to buy
a product that simply
isn’t worth the money.

To start off I did reach out and have received no communication back. That said it took forever for the product to ship. Once received we were excited to try this product. However, to our dismay the product had been opened both outside shrink wrap safety missing and inner seal gone. I emailed customer support a week ago no response. So as it was unsafe to use product I can not speak to it. However customer service and handling times are abysmal.

This vitamin combo gave me high anxiety. I stopped using it and my anxiety dropped. I am c677t homo mthfr.

I have a double dose of MTFR gene mutations. With a COMT mutation causing my body to rapidly metabolize serotonin,norepinephrine, and dopamine (faster that I'm able to absorb it). So SSRI, and SSNRIs never helped for more than a couple months and I've spent the last 50 years wondering why i was so different and the ladt 30 years trying for a dopamine, norepinephrine, serotonin 'fix' (not good) while also profoundly depressed and anxiety making it hard to leave my home. (Dangerous combo)
After my Dr got the test results she said "start taking this asap".. I feel like I've healed 2 years in 2 months on most days. The others days i realize I still got 28 years or so to heal from and that's OK. I honestly think my PCP and your product saved my life. "Thank you" will never be enough. I just found out my 15 year old daughter has the same mutations however it was suggested to start her at 7.5 MG. Is there a simple solution to this? Half dose of the liquid maybe? Or? First of all, my glass syringe came broken inside the bottle. I’m glad I noticed and didn’t ingest any glass. Secondly, there was no noticed benefits while taking the unbroken bottle, but this is the only B12 supplement that made both me and my husband break out with pimples on our faces. I don’t get pimples normally and this was the only change to my diet/routine. There are so many B12 supplements out there, this one isn’t worth it. I usually take natures bounty and have felt better and had no side effects. I wanted to try this to see if there was any difference. There was only negative differences and I would never buy this brand again.

After about a week and a half of steady intake as recommended starting to see a difference in Many different areas, including energy sleep, and even in the thoughts and Control of thoughts, Also taking their plant d3+K2 , as well as some TMG in the morning, love Triquetra excellent company great quality control been using their products for a while. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

It improves mental clarity, depression and anxiety, which enables better sleep.

I like and use the product with good results but the glass bottle is not ideal. I have shattered two bottles already. Please consider non-breakable packaging.

This has a really good flavor to it, it almost tastes like candy. There's no funny texture or aftertaste to it and overall I had no sensitivities to any of the ingredients and it seems to be working well I definitely recommend it.

Tastes like cough syrup, but it's an effective and fairly economical supplement to treat an MTHFR mutation. I like that it has the methylated B12 as well as methylfolate, as both are necessary. The methylfolate I received in July 2022 expires in May 2024.

I have MTHFR so finding quality methylated b12 and methylfolate is important for maintaining my health. I prefer USDA organic and non GMO supplements. This offers both methylfolate and methylated b12. The liquid is light, fruity, and easy on the palette. It has a mega dose of b12 so I don't take this daily as it can cause anxiety for me. What I like: easy to take, portable, organic, good flavor. A+

Has a decent flavor, slightly bitter aftertaste but it's not horrible. Easy to use dropper and instructions are clear. Clean ingredient list with no color additives listed.

I have the MTHFR mutation and it’s important to me that I take the right kind of folate/B12 so that my body is able to absorb it. This is perfect! The taste isn’t the best, but it’s not the worst. Kind of weird strong Cherry flavor. Several drops under the tongue does it! Highly recommend!

I purchased this product due to the fact that I carry two gene mutations called MTHFR. My doctor recommended that I start taking methylated B vitamins daily. I had been taking a much cheaper brand new when I came across this product. I tried this one due to the great reviews and it hasn’t disappointed whatsoever.
