After really taking a look at my vitamin and supplement regimen, I decided that it was time to make some changes. I’ve always focused on my physical fitness and readiness, but as I’ve gotten older; I realize that my cognitive health is just as important as my physical health. After listening to several experts and doing my own research; I remodeled my regimen. The most rewarding supplement addition being L-methylfolate plus Methyl-B12. After taking it for a few days, I noticed a significant improvement of my mood. Within a couple of weeks, I was able to come off with of the ADHD medication that I thought I was going to be stuck on for the rest of my life. The improvements of my mental health was enough, but I know there are some physical benefits as well. I can’t say enough good things about this product. I wish I would’ve started this at the beginning of my military career 16 years ago. And no, I’m not being paid to leave a good review.
