The box it came in was a little beat up, but the product itself is in good condition. It's easy to take and tastes good - but I've been adding it to lemonade or water along with some other liquid supplements. I like it so far and my vegan wife is also a fan.

I like that this B12 supplement is clearly marked vegan. I guess it is easy enough to take although the directions are minuscule on the bottle. I’m not sure why a lot of companies put things super tiny where you need your phone to be blown up to like 7X to be able to read but that is the way it is here. In case you need to know the directions say 10 drops is your dosage. It also says you can put it on or under your tongue or add it to water and drink. I always put B12 under my tongue so that is exactly what I did hear. Because it is drops and not a dropper full I dosed myself in front of a mirror so that I can see how many drops are going under my tongue.The taste is actually better than most other B12 supplements. It does not taste like cherry cough syrup - it’s not too thick. It’s actually milder - pleasantly flavored - although it does have that cherryish flavor to it. But it is relatively easy to take and it taste just fine so I do like it.

It was easy to take, tasted fine and seemed to give me extra energy. I would recommend it.

I was finishing up a previous bottle so this went unopened for a month. Once I opened the bottle (exp 9/27) it had a horrible rancid smell and taste. I reached out to Triquetra to see if they would make this right before I left a review. They said their team tested the batch and it was fine. Of course it was. I offered to send the bottle back for their team to taste, no response. They said they tried to reach out to me… yes you did at 545am. Probably so I wouldn’t answer. They gave me a $5 dollar refund on a $20 product that I wouldn’t give my worst enemy. I’ll find a new company for the products I was purchasing from Triquetra. I’m also going to leave the same review on Amazon and Walmart. Buyer be ware.
