Wow, first day using and I have so mich more energy then my typical mornings. I drank this with in 10 minutes of waking up at 6:30am, at noon i ate 3 hard boiled eggs and drank my creatine, it’s now 2 PM. I still feel full have gotten three loads of laundry washed and one load put away prep dinner so I gotta do is turn on the stove and start the grill. Can’t wait to see if the results continue because today has been a good day so far.

I love this. Mixes well in water by just shaking. I have now tried a couple of the flavors but I still like Lemon/lime the best!

Just can't stomach the taste.

I really wanted to like this product but the taste is really weird. It says lemon lime but it doesn't taste like that to me. It is very sour and has an off putting after taste. I am going to see if there are any refund options.

It is terrible!! It has an extra sweet artificial taste. I mixed it in a amoothie and with water and in bith cases it made no difference. Take my word for it, if taste is an issue for you then get the tablets!!

NEED MORE UNDERSTANDING OF PRODUCT

Though I believe Instant Aminos is a good product I do not know how to determine if I am benefitting from it. For example, I been using it for months now, working out regularly at the gym with both aerobic and resistance training but can't really see muscle growth. I read that at my age none of these supplements will work as they could because there is something missing that "triggers" muscle growth of something to that effect. We continue anyway in hopes that after more time we'll really consciously be able to see and feel results.
