you all suggested I rotate the capsules and the liquid because of cost and so far its working great! I rotate them but this last order the liquid is back ordered so at least I have the capsules. So when I run out of the liquid, I’ll let you know if it works the same.

Game changer!

Since having a parasite cleans that sent me to the ER, then having oral surgery and no antibiotics (long story- did get them later) I use these daily!
