This would be a great supplement for the right person, I just am not that person. I cannot have Zinc or Potassium. And I have gone through Memapause at 40, never took anything

I like the product. I do wish the labels were printed a little larger and easier to read - or came with a seprtate dosing sheet / instructions. We’ll see how it goes after 30 days, but so far my gut seems happy and mu cravings are in control.

I have PCOS and have had irregular and painful menstrual cycles my entire life. Hormonal birth control eventually made things worse rather than better. Might Be Helping, Might Not

I’ve been taking this supplement for several weeks (into month 2), and I’m not sure it’s doing all that’s advertised. However, I do think it has helped some! I noticed my menstrual cycle was better this month, which is amazing, but the reason I started taking this is for my hirsutism symptoms (mild), and those have not gotten even a little better. It might be that the supplement needs more time, but for now, nothing has changed at all. Similarly with my hormonal acne - if anything, I’m worried that’s gotten worse. I’ll update the review with any more info as time goes on- definitely going to give it the full 3 months they say you should with a new supplement! I like this brand and want to give it fair shake. Check out their milk thistle, that stuff is no joke.

Won't go without this again!

I absolutely LOVE how this made me feel in less than a week! I started to drop the weight after being stuck for months. My energy is back, I'm sleeping better, and my hot flashes are much less frequent. I was taking three pills a day (recommended) and realized right away it was very potent!
