Bioavailible B vitamins are important. It is also important to not get too much vitamin B6 (25mg+ can be toxic), but this supplement wisely has only 10mg in it. This supplement offers clinically relevant amounts of vitamin B9 and B12 in bioavailible forms and has a complete complex of the other B vitamins to aid in absorbtion. I recomend this to all my family and friends because even with a sufficient diet, it is still very common for people to be deficient in at least one B vitamin. I'm not a doctor, so talk to yours; however, I do love my vitamins and this one is my most recommended.
