The delivery system makes it difficult to get an accurate dose but I suppose that is the best way to get it into the bloodstream. I really appreciate finally getting a great MTFH product for my needs. I discovered several years ago that I have the genetic MTHFR deficiency and I have searched for years. Thank you! It gives me more energy and I don’t get so sleepy during the day.

I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis. This product makes it easier for my screwed up immune system to take. I wish that there were dosage lines on the dropper tho and I wish the 1mg bottle came in a bigger bottle. (I take 3mgs daily)
