Rather capsule form

I started the black seed oil the week after a parasite cleanse, I was using chia seeds but my upper abdomen bloated, nothing helped until I took black seed oil for approximately a week, I suddenly lost the abdominal bloating ! You beg for my input--here goes!

I have taken TQ-Adv Black Seed Oil for about a month. I must say, right up front that it the most disgusting tasting supplement I have ever taken, bar none...and trust me, I've taken and tolerated some pretty nasty stuff over my many years.
But, you may ask, does it work? Why are you taking it? My answer is that I don't know if, or how it works for sure, but I do notice finger and toenails are growing faster and stronger and skin seems a little less red and irritated.
Maybe there are other health benefits that I cannot measure. I believe, from all the research I have done, that it is beneficial in terms of inflammation, blood sugar, and cholesterol management, etc. And, yes, I will continue to take it and trust the benefits are building. Ask me for my feedback in a year or so. Maybe I'll be in a better position to give more definitive input.

¡! High Thymoquinone content!

I have severe Psoriatic Arthritis, Psoriasis, Type 2 Diabetes and a ton of inflammation. In studies Black Seed Oil showed great improvement for people with Glucose control, some minor weight loss, a reduction in pain scores and a reduction in inflammation. I've only been taking it 22 days, that's not nearly enough time to assess whether I will see improvements in with my health issues. This oil is highly concentrated & has a very strong, unpleasant taste. Not because it's bad, but because Cumin is mostly enjoyed in tiny amounts along side other spices. I'm using this strictly for medicinal purposes, so flavor is not my concern. After 12 weeks I should have something of substance to report. I keep it in the fridge and like many oils it becomes thicker, which is normal & sometimes little blobs form, also normal, no need to throw it out in a panic. I also use the dropper to measure it out into a large spoon. I take a deep breathe, quickly place it into my mouth and only swallow it while sipping iced coffee through a straw. This way the iced coffee rinses it down quickly, otherwise this intense spiciness can burn your throat. I DO NOT recommend adding it to a drink, it doesn't make it better at all! Place it in your mouth & hold it there while you simultaneously chase it with a cold drink, using a straw is the easiest way. Excellent Thymoquinone content, I highly recommend this product.

It is the worst black seaed oil. I have ever bought it is like melted butter with chunks in it.It's bitter.It tastes sour bitter.It's awful.It's the worst black seed oil.I've ever bought.I will never buy that product again. I would not recommend that product to anyone for any reason. It's awful, major waste of money cuz. I've yet to figure out what I can do with it. I wouldn't give it away. So far not real impressed

I've only been taking BSO with 5% Thymoquinone for 3 weeks and so far not impressed. However it is suggested to use for 8 weeks to see improvements. So I will continue for 12 wks total and if still not impressed I will stop.
Cure for everything except death? I doubt it! I'm hoping it will stop hot flashes (like someone said it did for her), improve memory, stop ringing in the ears, Lower cholesterol, make me more energetic, and curb appetite so I can lose more weight.
So far it seems to have lessoned the hot flashes, maybe gave a little more energy, and maybe slightly improved memory. I have good days and bad days.
It has done Nothing for ringing in the ears, Nothing to lower cholesterol and Nothing to curb appetite. Still crave sweets (not that I eat a lot of sweets).
I will update in two months.

Finally figured this out. Wonderful.

I bought this for a host of issues and was very disappointed at the packaging (eye dropper bottle) and consistency. Each dropper had small, light colored particles that cause all sorts of clogging issues. One reviewer commented that they must be seed particles. The answer is no, not at all.

Those particles are crystallized Thymoquinone and just a very slight warming (hot water from the tap) is enough to dissolve them (no hotter than 104ºF).

Thymoquinone is the main player here and this product has the most and it is 100% natural.
