This is my second order of the Ionic Lytes Electrolyte Concentrate. As I move through a weight loss phase, my body needs to efficiently hydrate to keep up with my activity and reduced calories. I like the mineral content of this concentrate and how easy it is to shake and squirt onto my water bottle as I need it. I highly recommend shaking each time. The sodium does begin to crystallize and concentrate toward the end of the bottle. Be prepared to add water directly to the bottle and dilute in a separate glass/bottle of water to finish the product.

Had muscle cramps, leg cramps and restless legs. Drinking this helped stay hydrated and felt better. This product has high quality minerals. Mix with diluted juice for better taste. It reminds me of the taste of ocean water.

I use Ionic Lytes every single day so I'm not tempted to drink sugary sports drinks, but that way I still get the electrolytes that I need... WOW! The difference is amazing. I don't want to go without these now; they're THAT good! It helps fight sugar cravings when you're not drinking sugary sports drinks too (at least for me). Love it!

Had an issue with my electrolytes leaking in the package. They sent replacements within a couple days of contacting them. Thoroughly impressed.

I only drink distilled water so Ionic Lytes replaces the correct, safe minerals and electrolytes I need.
