I have the double helix of MTHFR and used this product to help get through a flare up of symptoms. I’m waiting for a calm state of my symptoms to give a full review. So far it’s been nice using one supplement to replace a few others.

This is the second round I have used Ashwa-70 after a break of about 1 year. I have tried other brands which seemed to not work. I notice this brand having an effect on my anxiety levels within 48 hours. The only product I will use from here on in.

Ashwagandha for thyroid support
I take one of these daily as support to my adrenals for my hypothyroidism. A Dr. Axe Youtube video shared a list of adaptogen herbs he recommended for healing adrenals and reducing stress. Ashwaganda was on the list and has played a part in my successfully weaning off of Levothyroxine along with taking high quality iodine and zinc drops. I also eat a Brazil nut a day for the selenium while simultaneously eating a citrus fruit for its food source of inositol which studies have shown that the inositol in citrus is beneficial to the body’s ability to absorb selenium which results in lowering TSH. Ashwagandha’s role addresses the adrenal fatigue linked to hyperthyroidism and Triquetra is a high quality extract version of it.
