I’ve been taking this Ashwaghandha for over ten days and think it’s the most potent Ashwaghandha I’ve ever tried! The effects are felt immediately after consumption. I feel more relaxed and peaceful within thirty minutes after taking it. This stuff really works! I’ve tried other brands but they had muted and subtle effects on me. Also, since this Ashwaghandha is so potent, I found that if you take it on an empty stomach you’ll feel a bit bad. So I always take it with my food and I feel great afterwards.The reason why I gave this product a four star and not a five star rating, is not because of the Ashwaghandha itself, but because of the bottle cap. When I received this item, the bottle cap was damaged. It could be rough handling by the process of its shipment that caused the crack on the cap. I’m still able to turn the cap and effectively close it but I think the cap should be designed to be more durable to prevent this from happening.Overall, it’s definitely the most powerful Ashwaghandha I’ve used and I would purchase again.
