Suggested Use

My order came earlier than I expected, which is a plus..it shipped nicely and no damage to bottles, plus plus!..started taking the recommended dosage that day...so far. so good..day one I felt I had more energy. and continue to each day..not sure what else I should be looking for as far as results/benefits, but there have been no negative reactions to the product...thank you for caring about the health if others..
