I’ve been taking the K2 for 3 weeks. I don’t feel any noticeable difference or improvement. My most recent dex scan shows another decrease in bone density 😟. I’m going to continue for at least 6 months. The back pain is almost unbearable and I’m hoping for some relief by taking the right combination of supplements

All in all has been good. It works on a molecular level so it’s very hard to really tell but I combine it with D and magnesium so I believe it’s doing its job.

Impossible to cancel subscription

No issues with the product, serious issue with the company. Needed to modify or cancel subscription, but impossible to reset password for access. Tried 5 times, wrote to customer service, who sent a link that failed (again) to email me a reset link. Only solution was to get a new debit card from bank and ditch Triquetra completely.

Fits in well with my daily regimen, I’ve had no unpleasant side effects

I specifically like this supplement for its blend and balance of both MK4 and MK7. I’m interested in supplements that might help me with cardiovascular health, osteoporosis, and other health factors as I get older, and I read a lot of medical literature and speak with doctors where I work, and I find that valuable. This supplement fits in well with my daily regimen and seems to be a good value at the presently listed price. I can’t attest to specific health claims however, and I always recommend to others that they do their own research and consult with their own health care providers prior to beginning a new supplement.

I find this easy to swallow, it is a medium size capsule, and I’ve had no unpleasant side effects.

that it helps relieve bruising

So far so good - my bumps and bruises are not bad at all. I used to get these giant red black and blue bruises just by bumping into a wall now not so much only been on for about 20 days so it is good
