I like havingone less pill form supplement to take.Thee flavor is weird, but not overpowering or unbearable.I put it under my tongue and chase w water.Not bad, absorbs quickly. Waiting on results

I take Vitamin D3 every day. I had really low levels about ten years ago and it caused major health issues so I use a supplement daily.This supplement is sublingual. It says the 5000IUs is 1ml on the dropper, but you can't SEE the writing on the dropper. I have decent eyes and I still couldn't read it. When I press the dropper it almost always gives me below the 1ML (the faint line at the top) and even squeezing the dropper numerous times to try to get more, it is not easy to get the full 1ML. That is frustrating.The taste is somewhat oily tasting, like if you were to have a shot of oil (it is in MCT oil, which is good for your health). It's not bad, but it's not great, either.Overall, it is a good supplement but the dropper makes it frustrating and I'm not a huge fan of the taste.

I have only been adding this to my water so far and haven’t noticed any bad taste or aftertaste. I appreciate that it is liquid and not another pill to swallow. The included dropper has measurement markings on it but I can’t really make them out, so counting out drops is tedious, but doable. I feel like eventually I will know how full the dropper should be for the appropriate dose.

I won't know how well it is being absorbed until I have my Vitamin D levels checked again in 6 month.Pro: It is easy to swallow.It has a very slight coconut taste.It has a dropper for easy application into the mouth under the tongue.Can be added to other items to hid the taste.Cons: There are no measurements on the dropper to measure out 1 ml, which is the serving recommendation. (I know that this is possible because the children's pain relief liquid medications have measurement markings on the droppers that are included in them.)I don't want to count out 20 drops to equal a serving.It is difficult to know how much I am taking.

I’m switching to a different brand with a better taste. The raspberry flavor tastes like medicine. If that doesn’t bother you then it’s definitely worth a try.
