I felt more energetic after the first serving. I thought I was imagining it, but accidentally skipped a day and could feel the difference. I make a “shot” with it in about 2-3 ounces water, stir very well with mini whisk and gulp. It doesn’t taste too bad …I’d describe it as sweet grass.
