Though I believe Instant Aminos is a good product I do not know how to determine if I am benefitting from it. For example, I been using it for months now, working out regularly at the gym with both aerobic and resistance training but can't really see muscle growth. I read that at my age none of these supplements will work as they could because there is something missing that "triggers" muscle growth of something to that effect. We continue anyway in hopes that after more time we'll really consciously be able to see and feel results.
