The GMP Certified (Good Manufacturing Practice) is absent from the actual product packaging/labels. cGMP ensures quality control aspects; the lack of this certification (and no other credible certification) negatively impact the rating.Since I’ve been on a mainly vegan diet, my physician recommended that I take a B12 supplement. It may also help to convert food into energy.These Vitamin B12 capsules are large but still easy to swallow. They contain 5000 mcg (maximum strength) of B12 plus other related versions of B12. The cost is competitive or lower than other commercial Vitamin B12 products.P.S. I have had trouble sleeping after using these. I do not know if the 5000 mcg capsules are the problem, but I have gone back to 500 mcg capsules.
