Shipping Policy

Normal Shipping Times are between 7-15 days. If you do not receive your products in that time period please contact support@triquetra.com with your Order number.

All orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will go out the next business day. Triquetra is not responsible and cannot guarantee carrier shipping speeds or delays.

Subscription Shipping Policy

To receive free shipping on subscriptions in conjunction with the current free shipping policy, all items ordered in the same subscription must be same recurring frequency (i.e....30 days, 60 days, 90 days, etc.). If an order has mixed shipping frequencies, the system will charge shipping as it treats the orders as separate orders. Frequencies can be changed after the initial order. Free shipping is only on standard shipping.
