Dosing Instructions


Adult Dosing



General Health & Immunity

If you are taking Elderberry daily for general health and enhanced immunity. We recommend the following dosing:


  • Take 1 teaspoon once per day
  • Can be taken with or without food


Cold or Illness Recovery

If you fall ill with a cold and are looking to speed up recovery and enhance immunity; we recommend the following dosing:


  • Take 1 teaspoon 2-3 times per day until you are fully recovered
  • Can be taken with or without food

Children Dosing (4 and Older)

If your child is taking Elderberry daily for general health and enhanced immunity. We recommend the following dosing:


  • Take 1/2 teaspoon once per day
  • Can be taken with or without food
