My BP was rising during pregnancy. If I didn’t manage it, it would compromise my chances of a natural birth. The midwife recommended Tru Beets or something on Amazon. But when I looked into it, it was full of additives and fillers and all sorts of unnecessary ingredients. When I looked around for alternative beet supplements without the extra sh*t, I found BioBeets. Started taking it along with omega EPAs, and making sure I get gentle workouts a few times a week. My BP was still slightly elevated but didn’t go as high as it was before I started biobeets. And I did not need interventions.
Grateful to have had a product that was clean and natural without additives. Made me feel good to know that, even if it didn’t work, I was at least getting some beets into my life. Which is a good thing!
But also, i believe it helped me manage my BP!
