Vit D and k2 seems to be helpful. I do feel it may be somewhat calming. I think I have a deficiency, but haven’t tested with Dr. yet. I had a b12 issue and working on that at same time, so hard to tell on vit d. I’m taking it slowly at a few times a week. Some things take time to resolve, but I do think since it is winter and I’ve been in a lot this is a good idea to take. Liquid form I like. I gave 5 stars because I take the wheatgrass juice powder from Triquetra and it is an excellent product, reasonably priced. Very good experience with that, and will continue with both vit d and the wheatgrass from this company.
