Any help from iodine will not be seen right away (6-8 weeks minimum) & needs verification by lab work.

Adults only dosage!

I like this Iodine supplement because the source for this is natural from seaweed or Kelp to be more specific. The capsules are average sized and thankfully only the one capsule serving size, which is also slightly higher than the FDA recommended daily iodine serving for adults.Since it's a capsule and a single capsule is the full serving size this cannot be adjusted to the proper dosage for my children. I am not a doctor and only reference the FDA website which has a dosage spreadsheet or legend-style diagram that can help alleviate any confusions.I really like the amber glass old-fashioned medicine bottle and the rest of the printed box packaging shows the manufacturer is proud of their offering. Above average with 4 stars from me and my recommendation for adults only of course. Thank you for your time with my experience and I hope it's helpful.Take care.
