so as we all might be aware, minerals in general arent exactly "tasty" they can be a bit rough esp if they are strong, for me personally i mix the daily amount with some flavored juice and just drink it down, when i first got it i figured i would take it plain like a shot.. i dont recommend that unless your fine with a strong mineral taste, but i am not, im good with mixing it. Its only been a week or so of taking it everyday ( i decided to try the liquid, i was taking the pills) and it really is doing what intended, so its very much worth it in every way! when your body is lacking something then starts getting it, it might not be extreme difference a day later, but give it a few days and you will go holy crap i feel so much better, i need to keep taking this! i def recommend this product, but please dont be dissapointed by the strong mineral taste, after all it IS A MINERAL! i already use other products from this brand that i will continue to use and there are other minerals i cant wait to get!

I do love this stuff!!!! Taste really rough!!
You really need to mix this stuff in a decent amount of water or drink to get rid of just rough awful nasty taste. Otherwise great product and I love triquetra!!!!
