Great stuff!

This, like many other triquetra products is phenomenal! I take this along with Nascent iodine at different times. Both are known to help increase memory, focus , restore neurological function, mood enhancement as well as nerve function. Ive done alot of research on the products i take.They are powerful and they work.Ive been taking the lions mane for about 3 weeks, accidently broke my first bottle so i missed about 4 days worth of my daily doses so I ordered another one n' started again last week.Anytime I take a new supplement I take half or less then half of the recommended serving size so that I can slowly introduce my body to it (Ive had sensitivity to strong supplements throughout the years so im more careful now when I take new supp's).I recommend people who want a "renewed mind", great overall health benefits, better memory and focus, to take this supplement.Ive been able to recall old songs, memories, havnt heard or seen in years.I can focus better on my tasks, studies, daily activities.It was hard to hold a coversation without forgetting What I just said but im getting better at it. Again its only been a few weeks so certainly I will get better results as I continue being CONSISTENT with it along with excercise, prayer,bible study which all creates a better mind overall.God bless yall for great products. ill be ordering the spirulina soon too!

Not very strong

Great price for the quantity, but I find I need two teaspoons to get a good night's sleep. That's only the secondary benefit that I seek, I'm primarily hoping to get a damaged nerve to re-grow. When I took another vendor's product I could actually feel the numb area on my knee start to wake up occasionally. With this product...nothing.
