Too Soon to tell
I had been looking for a liquid D3 & K for a while. My lab work showed I was in the basement with my vitamin D levels. I have been on an RX for vitamin D. They did nothing, no change. So here's to hoping. The only downside of this product is the oil base and don't take it straight. Mix it with something other than water.
