Easy to Adjust Doses
The Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL) for zinc, as set by the Food and Nutrition Board of the Institute of Medicine, is 40 mg per day for adults. This level is the maximum daily intake that is unlikely to cause adverse health effects for most individuals. This UL applies to zinc obtained from all sources, including food, water, and dietary supplements. Exceeding this level can lead to adverse effects, such as copper deficiency, weakened immune function, and other potential health issues. The FDA follows these guidelines in its regulation of dietary supplements and food labeling.

What is the shelf-life of the zinc and should it be refrigerated?
Our zinc will stay potent through its shelf-life, which is 3 years from the expiration date and it is not necessary to refrigerate it.
Is the zinc vegetarian?
Yes, it is vegetarian and vegan.
What is the suspension in this product?
The suspension is ultra-pure water.
What is the elemental zinc content per drop?
It contains 2 mg. of zinc per drop.
Is this product organic?
Brands may label their zinc as "organic," but this is because it is mostly vegetable glycerin with only 5% zinc. Our product uses water instead of glycerin, which is a better medium for delivering minerals into the body. Zinc itself cannot be classified as organic, so products claiming to be "organic zinc" are certified organic based on their 95% organic vegetable glycerin content.
Is it made in the USA?
Yes, all ingredients and manufacturing are 100% made and sourced in the USA.
What dosage should I use for digestion?
We recommend 1-2 servings of 5 drops per day to improve digestion. You can also take all 10 drops at once if you take it with a meal.
Is it safe to take zinc and selenium together?
Yes, it is perfectly fine to add both to the same juice, water, or smoothie.
Can zinc be added to hot coffee or tea? Does it affect the efficacy?
Yes, it is perfectly ok to add the minerals to hot coffee or tea.
Is there a reason you have to drink this much liquid, or can I decrease the amount of liquid with the five drops?
You can definitely use a smaller amount of liquid. You may experience a more distinct mineral taste. We recommend the 12 oz to balance out the taste. We would not recommend taking 5 drops in less than 4 oz as the water assists with the zinc's delivery.
