My husband and I are always trying out new vitamins and supplements but we always prefer to get them from naturally, from a healthy diet first. I hopped on the TikTok Triquerta bandwagon with the 5MHTF & fermented herbs/biotics but I'm glad I searched the site and decided to try out a few more things from the brand.
The first time I tried it, I didn't know what to think... like a bitter wine that my my mouth tingles and puckers with dryness after its gulped down (I mix 1tsp with 6-12oz. H2o)... the flavor was unique unlike anything else... the appearance was terrifying...
I usually like to take 1 new supplement at a time so I can figure out which one (if any) work but I've been feeling crappy lately (mentally & physically); I'm also impatient and have a hard time being consistent... I was started all my new stuff from Triquetra along with some other new things all in a matter of a couple of weeks but somehow my mind & body just KNOW that it is THIS that has me excited to wake up in the morning; it is THIS part of my routine. Literally 15 minutes after taking this for the first time, I had the biggest BM of my life (and that has nothing to do with why I like it; I didn't even realize that it could do that but I thought it was worth mentioning). I will probably not continue with any of the other supplements I purchased this holiday season except for this one due to financial reasons but I think this one is exceptional especially for the price.
I also wanted to mention, when I received my order my husband was on Google researching what i got, concerned with how much i spent, I'm sure, and he said it was docked due to the potential for the potential for heavy metals but i told him Triquetra has their stuff 3rd party tested, so another Kudos, though, i would like to see proof of those labs with the products.
The only reason I'm taking away 1 star is because it was very late. Correspondence with customer service was quick, polite and helpful, they apologized for the delay and assured me it would be shipped in less than x-days but it didn't and this went on a few times over 2 weeks but I'm not docking them for that necessarily, just that I would have appreciated a coupon gesture at the least.

I can tell a difference when I don't take it. I feel more "on" and nourished. I mix it in with orange juice or my Dose for Liver to mask the strong bitter earthiness of the flavor. Great product and will continue using this brand.
