I have to confess that I was not aware of the various forms of B12. The company claims that the three forms enhance the bioactivity aspects of the B12. Per capsule, it includes a considerable quantity of Vitamin B12, 5000mcg, which is 208,333%DV. Wow. In addition, they add 1667mcg DFE of Vitamin B9 (primarily from L-5 Methylfolate), 417%DV. The Vitamin B9 serves as a cofactor to enhance facilitation of cellular utilization of Vitamin B12.The product details has a picture that notes a number of badges: Vegan, Made In USA, Gluten-Free, GMO-Free and GMP Certified. The GMP Certified (Good Manufacturing Practice) is absent from the actual product packaging/labels. cGMP ensures quality control aspects; the lack of this certification (and no other credible certification) negatively impact the rating.Since I’ve been on a mainly vegan diet, my physician recommended that I take a B12 supplement. This product definitely satisfies that concern. I feel this B12 supplement rates 4.25 stars.

The pills are large but doable.My bottle arrived properly sealed and in an amber bottle without a childproof cap. The lot number and expiration date are located on the label. This product is made in the USA.
