I take this before breakfast and dinner. Combined with oatmeal in the am my cholesterol has dropped 51 pts in 1.5 months. Great supplement!

Bergamot: Italian Citrus Bergamot Phytosome

I stopped taking this supplement in lieu of another one, and I noticed things reversed. The biggest reversal was gaining weight again. I switched back to this supplement and everything went back to the way it was before. I will not go without this supplement again. I wish I could be more specific, but I don't have blood tests to prove it works. I just know how I FEEL when I take it--much better!

Ive used this supplement before to help lower my cholesterol levels and it worked, its too bad Triquetra keeps using the USPS for deliveries, I'd still be a loyal customer. That's why i give this product 4 out of 5 stars.
