Freezer Made Smoothie Recipes

Sean Gill

We stand behind the idea that food is fuel and brings harmony and balance to our bodies and lives. Finding peace in life is easier said than done. As a society, we like to pile on more tasks under the pretense of "productivity." Sitting down, taking a deep breath, and thanking the Earth for the meal we are eating is a great way to ground our minds and silence the inner to-do list while we eat a meal. This is definitely easier said than done, which is why we love ready-made smoothies that can be thrown in the blender and enjoyed immediately.

Why We Love Meal Prepping Smoothies

I don't know if it is the beginning of the school year or heading into fall, but the end of summer always makes me feel like I need to get my morning routine back in order. We have cooked up (or should I say frozen 😉) some of our favorite smoothie and smoothie bowl recipes, prepped everything, and froze it, so all we need to do is throw it in the blender before we head out the door in the morning. We love these recipes because they are nutrient-dense, easy to make, clean up, AND fill.
