This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Triquetra Health, 4841 Business Center Way, West Chester Township, OH 45246 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Triquetra Health, its affiliates, partners, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on April 8, 2026 and ends on April 30th, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Method 1: Social Media Entry
To enter via Instagram:
- 1. Visit a Sprouts Farmers Market location where Triquetra products are sold
- 2. Take a photo featuring a Triquetra product in-store
- 3. Post the photo to your public Instagram account
- 4. Tag @TriquetraHealth and @Sprouts
- 5. Include the hashtag #TRIHEALTHSPOTTED
Your Instagram account must be public at the time of entry for your submission to be eligible.
Method 2: Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without posting on social media, email support@triquetrahealth.com with the subject line “TRIHEALTHSPOTTED Sweepstakes Entry” and include your full name and state of residence during the Sweepstakes Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- ● $100 Triquetra Health digital store credit
The prize:
- ● Is non-transferable
- ● Cannot be redeemed for cash
- ● Must be used on Triquetra Health’s website
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will occur within 14 days after the Sweepstakes ends.
The winner will be notified via:

- ● Email (for AMOE entries)
If the winner does not respond within [48–72 hours], an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Content Rights
By entering, you grant Triquetra Health a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and share your submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes across digital and social channels without additional compensation.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
10. Release
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Triquetra Health, Sprouts Farmers Market, Instagram, and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Sprouts Farmers Market.
12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Triquetra Health’s privacy policy.
13. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, email support@triquetrahealth.com within 30 days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.
