I have been taking the Black Seed Extract for almost 2 months, and I will have routine lab work done in a few weeks to see if my inflammation markers have improved. But one thing is certain: I sleep like the dead when I take this. Two-plus hour of deep sleep and sold core sleep every night, and wake refreshed and alert every morning!

The 4X extract capsules took several hours to digest. I tried one cap with a meal and even 32 oz of water. Unfortunately, the capsules were not compatible with my system. However, I am giving this rating 4 stars, as my Customer Service Representative, Tobe, was extremely helpful in resolving my concerns, in exchange for Black Seed Oil SOFT GEL caps. So far, with taking the soft gels, I am extremely satisfied!
