Tasteless. So far so good, I take it with their lionsmane extract.strayed out with one drop then 2 drops mixed with lionsmane in a Bottled water half way full of water( 8oz) to slowly work my way up getting my body used to it.I never checked my levels specifically for iodine (which everyone should do PRIOR) but I knew I was low based on the fact that I don’t get any ever in my diet, also based on research the average American is deficient.I don’t eat any foods that naturally contain it so I know its low but still I plan to go to a natural loathing doctor to check my levels for it.until then ill only take one drop so I dont overdo the unknown.I do feel better, more alert, better cognitive function , less brain fog , overall better feeling and healthier on top of eating healthier and working out.
